Dynamic Bike Fits are conducted by Jonnie Diederich, who holds bicycle fitting certifications from Specialized Body Geometry, Trek Fit Services, and Serotta International Cycling Institute (SICI).
Road, Mountain Bike, Comfort ($100 an hour)
- Approximately 90-120 minutes, plus one follow-up visit.
- Individual detailed interview (medical history, cycling history, cycling/fitness goals, etc)
- Complete on/off bike assessment
- Essential physical assessments (based on clients symptoms)
- Considerations for individual’s natural flexibility and joint angles
- Cleat adjustment
- Saddles adjustments: height, fore-aft saddle/reach adjustments, saddle width assessment
- Handlebar adjustments: height, reach, and bar width assessment
- Foot stability assessment and footbed recommendations
- Other adjustments as necessary
- Additional technologies (Dartfish motion capture, spin scan) may be suggested. (Additional fees may apply)
Time Trial/Triathlon ($100 an hour)
Includes all elements of our Dynamic Bike Fit with the addition of:
- Approximately 180-240 minutes, plus one follow-up visit
- Positioning of Aero-bars and elbow pads, to work with the athlete’s specific musculoskeletal system
- Frontal area analysis to maximize aerodynamics
- Designed to maximize aerodynamic efficiency, while maintaining maximum power and comfort in
- triathlon and time trial applications
- Additional technologies (Dartfish motion capture, spin scan) may be suggested. (Additional fees may apply)
Bike Fit Tweaks, Bike procurement ($100/hour)
- You’re not in need of a comprehensive fit, but would like Jonnie to take a quick look and perhaps suggest some minor adjustments.
- In the market for a new bike, and would like to discuss geometries that may suit you best.
